Somatic Tracking

Somatic Tracking - 1
Elijah Szasz

Duration: 10 minutes

Somatic tracking is the practice of bringing calm, curious, nonjudgmental attention to physical sensations while reinforcing the message that they are safe. Rather than trying to suppress, analyze, or eliminate the sensation, the person observes how it feels and how it changes, helping the brain replace fear and danger with safety and curiosity.
